Larry Jobe - Chairman

Larry is the Chairman of Legal Network and a founder of the company.  He is also Chairman of the Board of Independent Bank of Texas and chairs the Audit Committees of three public companies located in the Dallas area.  Previously, he was the Dallas Office Managing Partner and the Southwest Regional Managing Partner of Grant Thornton, where he also served on the firm's Executive Committee and was Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee.

He was appointed by the President and confirmed by the Senate in 1969 as Assistant Secretary for Administration for the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Tom Stewart - President

Tom is President of Legal Network and has over 23 years of Human Resource experience and over 25 years working in the Legal Industry. He was the former Manager of Human Resources for a large Dallas law firm and an international subsidiary of a Fortune 500 company prior to joining Legal Network in 1995. Tom has a strong background in policy formulation, employment/recruitment, employee relations and training and development. He attended TCU under a full track scholarship and received his BBA in management. Tom and his wife Patty live in Mesquite, TX.

Clint McDonnell - Director of Sales and Recruiting

Clint is the Director of Sales and Recruiting and has 15 years of legal recruiting & placement experience.  He began his career in legal staffing focused on attorney recruiting and placement.  Over the years Clint’s career progressed to include management and executive leadership positions which provided him with the opportunity to develop an expertise in all aspects of the legal staffing industry.  Clint’s approach to his business is based on the premise that every legal staffing need is an opportunity for Legal Network to help our clients achieve their business objectives.  Clint is a graduate of the University of North Texas with BA's in Marketing and Finance.  Clint and his wife Pepsi make their home in Dallas, Texas.

Adam Sensoy, ESQ. - Account Executive-Attorney Recruiting

Adam joined Legal Network in 2011 to specialize in project attorney recruiting and business development.  After graduating from law school in 2005, Adam spent three years as a contract attorney in Washington, D.C. and San Francisco.  He also spent two years in sales and business development in Washington, D.C. and a year in attorney recruiting and business development.  Adam has a strong background in complex anti-trust and intellectual property litigation, and specialized in privilege review and training other attorneys on e-discovery software.  He is licensed to practice law in Maryland and the District of Columbia, and lives with his wife and daughter in Rowlett.

Celia Gerchario - Paralegal Recruiting Specialist

Celia joined Legal Network in 2000 to specialize in the search for and placement of Paralegals, IT and Litigation Support professionals. Celia’s experience began in sales before she started a different career working with graduates of legal studies programs, and then working with experienced legal professionals beginning in 1996. Celia has been a Certified Personnel Consultant since 1999. She is an active consultant to the Lawyer’s Assistant School of Dallas, a board member of Dallas Women in e-Discovery, and a member of Metroplex Association of Corporate Paralegals, Dallas Area Paralegal Association.

Maria P. Hofmann - Legal Recruiting Specialist

Maria heads the North Dallas office and is the downtown clerical recruiter.  She focuses on administrative, legal secretary and paralegal positions.  After 22 years in the business as a legal recruiter, starting in 1988 when she started recruiting for temporary legal administrative support, Maria's experience has run the gamut from large-scale project staffing to specialized positions. A Chicago native turned Texan, Maria has been with Legal Network for 9 years and has long-standing law firm and corporate clients.  Maria's favorite part of being a recruiter is helping people find their perfect job and approaches her position with a eye towards helping people.  Outside of recruiting, Maria enjoys travel with her husband Joe and loves to cook and garden.

Allison McClain - Legal Recruiting Specialist

Allison has twenty years experience working within the legal industry in Austin, Houston and San Antonio. She began working in the Austin legal recruiting market for Robert Half "The Affiliates" in March 2000. In May 2002 Allison was recruited to work for Ajilon Legal as a Legal Placement Consultant and in January 2006 became the Branch Manager of the Austin branch of Ajilon Legal. In July 2010, she joined Legal Network as a Legal Recruitment & Placement Specialist in the Dallas/Ft. Worth market.  As of August, 2011, Allison is devoting 100% of her time to the Austin legal market.  Allison specializes in marketing and placing attorney to entry level legal professionals in law firms and corporate legal departments. In addition, she also specializes in working with clients on large and small scale document review & foreign language review projects.

Candace Rodriguez - Legal Recruiting Specialist

Candace specializes in client development and recruiting and placement of paralegals and attorneys.  Candace has worked in the legal recruiting field for 15 years.  Prior to her career in legal placement, Candace worked as a paralegal handling large class action litigation.  In addition, she specializes in working with clients on large and small scale document review and foreign language review projects.  Candace is a native Texan and lifelong resident of Houston.

Marcia Rogers - Legal Recruiting Specialist

Marcia  started her career in the legal community over 27 years ago as an Administrator for a downtown Dallas Law Firm.

Marcia joined Legal Network as a Staff Recruiter in 1996 and in February 1998 she opened the Ft. Worth Office of Legal Network.  She was the Operations Manager of the office until 2002 when the retirement of her husband moved them to Montana for a seven year long “ summer vacation” in the mountains. With her return to Texas came the opportunity to rejoin Legal Network’s Ft. Worth Office as Staffing Coordinator.

Helen Gilliland - Office Manager

Helen began her career with Legal Network when they opened the doors 16 years ago. Helen is the Office Manager and her responsibilities touch all operational areas of the business including, but not limited to, maintaining the company’s employee benefit plans, managing all accounting and payroll functions, and she is the first line of support for Legal Networks computer information systems.  Prior to joining Legal Network, Helen worked for two Dallas law firms as an administrative support professional in the firms' recruiting and accounting departments.  Helen attended Richland College pursing an Associates Degree in Business Finance.  She makes her home in Rowlett and has three children plus five grandchildren.
